SMT and THT assembly
We assemble electronics in small and medium batches with both SMT (surface-mount) and THT (through-hole). From first prototypes to series builds in Sweden near Gothenburg, we combine quality, speed and traceability.
SMT assembly and reflow
Fine-pitch, QFN/DFN and BGA supported. We optimise stencil apertures and paste selection, define reflow profiles and verify results with visual inspection.
THT assembly and soldering
Hand soldering for low volumes and complex joints; wave soldering where it’s efficient. We use fixtures when required to protect SMT areas during soldering.
Inspection and quality
Each batch is verified with visual inspection and, if requested, functional testing. When needed, we offer X-ray for BGAs. We follow IPC-A-610 and document deviations, corrective actions, and test results.
DFM, panelisation & stencil
We review footprints, clearances, fiducials and panelisation (rails, v-score or mouse-bites). Stencil thickness/apertures are tuned for your components and finish.
