Requirements and risk

We establish use cases, measurable requirements, interfaces and environmental conditions. A pragmatic risk analysis (FMEA) guides design choices, test plans and sourcing strategy.

EVT (engineering validation)

Early prototypes to verify architecture and key risks. Close collaboration with our electronic engineering, PCB layout and firmware teams to iterate quickly.

DVT (design validation)

Representative builds to validate the design against requirements and intended environment. We run verification & pre-compliance and fix issues before locking down.

PVT (production validation)

Pilot production with fixtures, programming and documentation as they will be used in series. We refine test strategy, traceability and work instructions.

Design transfer

We hand over a complete package to manufacturing: BOM with alternates, fabrication & assembly data, programming & test procedures, risk log and change history—ready for series builds.
