Stackup and impedance
We propose a stackup with defined reference planes and target impedances. Spacing, trace widths and via strategies are aligned with your chosen PCB manufacturer’s DRC and material data.
Placement and routing
Functional placement, short return paths and clean segmentation (analog/digital/power). Differential pairs, length matching and skew control are implemented per interface (e.g. USB, Ethernet, LVDS).
EMC/SI review
We review grounding, shielding and filtering, plus protection, creepage/clearance and decoupling. Early EMC & signal integrity input reduces the risk of surprises in compliance testing.
DFM/DFX and manufacturer rules
Layout follows DFM/DFX rules tuned for your supplier. We validate against manufacturer DRC to avoid late edits and save cost and time.
