PCB manufacturing and assembly

We supply printed circuit boards for prototypes and series, matched to your stackup, tolerances and finish. With documented requirements and E-test, your build moves smoothly into our PCB-assembly in Sweden near Gothenburg.

Materials and stackups

Standard FR-4 and options for higher temperature or special performance. We document stackups with target impedances and coordinate with the PCB factory so constraints are clear.

Impedance and tolerances

Impedance-controlled traces with agreed test coupons and tables. We align trace widths/clearances and via strategies with manufacturer DRC to avoid late edits.

Surface finishes and mask

Common finishes such as ENIG and lead-free HASL (others on request), solder mask colours, silkscreen and marking per your documentation.

Panelisation and delivery format

Efficient panelisation with rails, fiducials, tooling holes, breakaway tabs or v-score as required for SMT/THT assembly.

Testing and inspection

Electrical test (E-test) for continuity/shorts and visual checks. Documentation and certificates as required—ready for assembly and traceability.

Prototypes to series

Fast prototyping and a clear path to series. We keep the same rules and documentation through the lifecycle for predictable quality and lead times.

Why work with us?

  • Clear specs that fit manufacturing—fewer surprises
  • Impedance, panelisation and E-test handled for you
  • Short, predictable lead times in Sweden

Frequently asked questions

Which materials do you work with?

Standard FR-4 (incl. high-Tg) plus options such as aluminium-backed, flex/rigid-flex and selected RF/high-speed materials depending on requirements.

Do you supply impedance-controlled PCBs?

Yes. We define target impedances and test coupons, align widths/clearances with the factory stackup, and include impedance tables in the build package.

What data formats do you accept?

Gerber (RS-274X), ODB++, or IPC-2581. Please include fabrication notes, drill files, stackup/impedance data and any special marking/tolerance requirements.

What surface finishes are available?

ENIG and lead-free HASL as standard. Immersion silver, OSP and other finishes are available on request depending on application and shelf-life.

Can you handle panelisation for our assembly?

Yes. We add rails, fiducials, tooling holes and choose v-score or mouse-bites based on your SMT/THT assembly needs.

What tests can you provide?

Electrical test (E-test) for continuity/shorts and visual inspection as standard. X-ray can be arranged when needed; we also develop functional tests for production.

Do you provide documentation and traceability?

Yes. We can include Certificates of Conformance, E-test reports and traceability/serialisation labels as required.

Can you do HDI, microvias or special materials?

Often, case-by-case. Share stackup, layer count and constraints; we’ll confirm capabilities, costs and lead times with the PCB manufacturer.

What are typical lead times?

Prototypes are typically a few working days depending on specs. Series lead times vary with volume, finish and test scope—send data for a firm schedule.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No fixed MOQ for prototypes (panel practicality applies). Series MOQ depends on material/process economics—request a quote and we’ll advise.
