We build prototypes fast—from first spin to tested boards—so you can validate functionality and risks early. Everything is done in Sweden near Gothenburg, integrated with our manufacturing lines for a smooth ramp to series.

Quick-turn PCB & parts

We coordinate PCB supply, source parts and suggest alternates during shortages. Stackups, finishes and panelisation are documented so your next build is predictable.

SMT/THT prototype assembly

SMT (fine-pitch, QFN/DFN, BGA) and THT in small batches. We tune stencil/apertures, reflow profiles and use wave soldering where it adds value.

Bring-up and functional test

Programming, initial bring-up and basic functional tests. When needed, we design simple fixtures so you can repeat measurements in later builds.

DFM feedback

We review footprints, clearances, fiducials, keep-outs and panelisation. Early DFM feedback reduces rework and accelerates your DVT/PVT path.

Once validated, the same documentation and processes are used for series builds—short lead times, stable quality and clear traceability.
